1. Introduction

ShriGo is a platform connecting drivers and passengers for ride-sharing services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Driver/Passenger must be at least 18 years old
• Driver/Passenger must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• ShriGo can suspend accounts for false information

3. Driver Terms

3.1 Registration

Drivers must:

• Register on ShriGo and provide valid details

Upload required documents:

• Driver Aadhaar
• RC
• Vehicle Insurance
• Vehicle Number
• Vehicle Tax license

3.2 Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety
• Follow traffic laws
• No drunk driving
• Maintain professional behavior

3.3 Ride Management

• Drivers must upload rides
• Drivers are responsible to complete ride, once a booking is confirmed

3.4 Pricing

• Drivers set pricing per trip or per passenger
• ShriGo will charge Drivers a monthly subscription

3.5 Cancellation

• No cancellations after booking
• Alternate driver must be arranged if needed

3.6 Liability

• Drivers and insurance are responsible for accidents or incidents

4. Passenger Terms

4.1 Booking

• Passengers book rides via the platform
• Must pay agreed fare at the time of booking

4.2 Responsibilities

• Be on time at pickup
• Respect driver
• Follow safety instructions
• For any child carrying/riding with them

4.3 Prohibited Actions

• No illegal items
• No harassment or abuse
• No damage to vehicle

4.4 Cancellation

• Avoid cancellations after booking
• Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension

Drivers and their insurance are responsible for any accidents.
